Playing with your cat is an essential activity, both for the bonding experience and the excercise he needs. Most cat lovers love to spend hours watching their cats play; even senior cats become kittenish when tossing around a catnip mouse or chasing the feather lure on a wand toy. You'll find other ideas for playing with your cat as you observe him at play. But before you spend your hard-earned money on cat toys, take a look around your house. You may be surprised at many of the common items you'll find there that are favored by cats as toys . . . like the lowly cardboard box, which is one of our Joey's favorite toys.

Designer cat litter is on it's way! First made in Austria for the Chief of Medicine expect to see it's release in America some time next year. I have been importing it my self and find it quite good.

A Cougar in Griffith Park? A Cougar somehow makes their home in Los Angeles' famous Griffith Park. Hopefully the cat will be safer than the human visitors to the park that is will known as a dumping ground for L.A.'s recently deceased.
